Refund policy
COD Orders and Refusal of Delivery
Once a COD order is dispatched, the order shall not be cancelled by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept delivery or fails to accept the shipment without valid reason, the customer shall be liable to pay the actual shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling charges, and any other reasonable expenses incurred by the Company in connection with such order. The Company reserves the right to recover such amounts from the customer and to restrict future COD orders.
Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of pet food products and for safety reasons we only offer exchanges. Exchanges are offered only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
We have a 48 hours exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after the delivery of your item to request an exchange. Customers must attach images as proof of damage/wrong item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging along with the shipping label. You'll also need to share the order details with us, including the Order ID, registered email or contact number.

Our support team will review your request and if it is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location. Our pickup partner will attempt to collect the item within the next 24–48 hours. Please ensure the pickup is completed on time for a quick and smooth resolution.
Please note that products sent back to us without initiating an exchange request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Kindly share clear images of the product along with the shipping label so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-exchangable items
Due to safety and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used pet supplements
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or special-order products
- Final sale items or gift cards

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once after 24 hours of placing the order/after they are shipped. If the order has been shipped within 24 hours of placing the order then it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We strictly do not offer refunds on any items.
